Butler Service for HMC Cabana

We rented a private cabana for Half Moon Cay on our upcoming cruise and we are considering getting the butler service upgrade. I see it comes with lunch, open bar, and a few other perks. If any of you have done this before can you please let me know what your impressions of this service are? Was the lunch good? Does the butler come over with drinks on the regular? Any information would help. Please and thank you.

We have had the butler service several times and have never been disappointed. He or she meets you at your cabin in the morning and helps you carry over whatever you may need help with. With the butler service you will also be on the first tender to HMC.  He will run and get you your drinks as often as you wish. As i said previously we have never been disappointed.

We have also done the several times. The service is excellent, very much worth. The Butler is awesome...waits on you hand and foot, knows all the entertaining tricks, like the picture serving you drinks in the ocean, etc.

 

Pre- Covid, the lunch menu was from Pinnacle. You got a choice of two entrees, plus a soup (very good, and I am not a soup fan), an appetizer a dessert, plus the chips, dips, fruits, etc, that all the cabanas get. There is tons of food for a couple, lots even for a foursome.

 

There is a lot of info related to this on the Private Islands board, although most pre Covid.

We have had the butler service several times and have always been impressed. Your butler will escort you to your cabana and help you carry your beach stuff too. This was particularly helpful with kids and my mil who had at the time some mild mobility issues. The lunch is a lot of food and the steaks have always been excellent. Enjoy!!

I dropped the hammer and purchased it! We had shore excursion credit that gave us $100 off. For $170 bucks, that's only $42.50 pp for the four of us in our party. I would say for butler, open bar, and multi course lunch that's pretty good! Looking forward to a great day at HMC!!!

Just to be clear, you know there is a charge for the cabana, and a separate charge for the butler upgrade, right?

Yes, I booked the Cabana a few months ago. 😁  We got the Green One #10, close to the bathrooms!

Our favorite cabana. Have been there 4 times, 3 with butlers.

Glad I chose wisely! I did a little homework prior to booking! It might be a bit crowded the day we are there, as it looks like Rotterdam will be there along with us N. Sttendamers!

All the more reason to get the butler!
