christyap1 Posted March 19, 2022 #1 Share Posted March 19, 2022 Does anyone know if there are foot rests on the balconies of summit in concierge cabins?
runningtide Posted March 21, 2022 #2 Share Posted March 21, 2022 I heard on another post that footrest have been removed on balcony cabins on Equinox. Not sure of the details. As always, if available in other class cabins, never hurts to ask your steward if he can dig up one.

Exactly what we do, we ask our Cabin Steward for 2 and offer 5 dollars for each. Never failed yet and it's a great start to our relationship with him/her. If the cabin steward is not able to find a foot rest, does he/she still get the $5 for trying?

dodo bird Posted March 22, 2022 #7 Share Posted March 22, 2022 We were on a cruise three weeks ago and Equinox was right next to us. We noticed that the lower three levels of verandahs had no foot rest. Only the higher upper levels had a foot rest. Maybe Celebrity is trying to save some $$$…. goofysmom99 Posted March 22, 2022 #8 Share Posted March 22, 2022 OP, I did NOT have footstool in CS, S1, C1, or FV on Summit (Sep-Dec 2021). Bring a blow up beach ball. I took a cab to nearest Publix and bought one on a turnaround day.

It's never happened, 100% success rate. Before adopting this system we have used the basket under the bed that holds the life jackets. Not as convenient but better than nothing. Generally Aqua class and Concierge class cabins are on decks 9 and above. The balconies on the decks you saw were most likely regular verandahs which don't include the footrests,
