Well that’s strange. We both got it on last four cruises. Are you Platinum? At the Casino Cashier they have always had a list of Platinum guests and they look up your name and then you have to sign for the $25.

We've also been on four cruises since restart, with the last being about a month ago and as cellfree said we just went up to the cashier desk and they looked up our names, had us sign and put $25 on each of our cards.

I guess if you're just going to lay down in your room fine, but if you're going to be messing around in the stateroom corridors before 1:30 you might as well go up to Lido so they can get done what they need to do without worrying about guests in the halls.

Thank you for your permission to stay in my own cabin to unpack or nap after I've eaten lunch🙄

I didn't get my $25.  I asked several people, including the casino host and did not get it.

I had no problem getting my $25 Platinum freeplay on two cruises (Panorama and Radiance) since the restart.

Just off Legend last weekend in Baltimore.  Our first time as Platinum.

Platinums were directed to a special, shorter, line for check-in, AFTER we cleared COVID checks and Security scans.  It was MUCH shorter than the regular line.

Platinums had their own debarkation lounge for those doing express carry your own luggage off.  I don't know how they did it for people checking their luggage off.  The order for carry your own luggage off was:  Diamonds, Suites, Early Flights, Platinum.  We were in the car in 30 minutes from when the ship was cleared.   There were danishes, juice, water and coffee in the the lounge.

We did get $25 each at the casino cage - took several minutes for her to check our cards and that we hadn't already received it but she gave us cash.

We got sweets trays through room service.

We got bottles of water at the pool bar.

Didn't use the laundry service.

We just turned Platinum on our last cruise, and wondered how the $25 casino money worked. We asked about it but were told it goes on a casino card, and not the Sail and Sign card. We would then go to a machine and choose to use it instead of our S&S card. We are not casino-savvy, so we were wondering if we could cash it out somehow, and if so, how would we do it?

There is no separate casino card.  It is ship dependent but you go to the casino cage and ask.  At their discretion, they will either give you $25 in cash or load $25 on your Sail and Sign as "Free Play" that needs to be played in the machines or at the tables.

Received an email today for our cruise on April 17th, we are Platinum's , and it said that since they

do not have the tournaments , we can go to the casino cashier and get our 25.00 dollars in cash.
