Tips for Sky Suite

We were booked on Aqua and had tips added to our invoice.  Yesterday we upgraded to Sky Suite.  I had read somewhere tips were included with Suites and wondered if mid we should have the tips we originally paid refunded?  I may have misunderstood so thought if check here.  Thank you.

You upgraded, assuming you paid additional $$ to do so, and if you have the AI, which you most likely do, tips will be included.  What are you looking for to be refunded?

It’s a line item on our invoice that thought might be included.

When I did a recent booking for a Sky Suite there was a price drop a few days later.  I called to have the price adjusted.  When the revised booking confirmation came, the Gratuities were charged but not deducted as a separate line item (like it should be).   I called and they corrected it and when another updated booking confirmation arrived it showed properly.

If you just booked the gratuities will take a few days to fall off.
