Waves, Terrace, GD and specialty restaurants are not open between 4PM and 5:30PM but you know that since you have sailed on Oceania in the past.

Last time I sailed on O was January 2020. I don't know what has changed onboard since then, post shutdown and resumption of cruises. A lot, I presume. I won't be sailing again until December 2022.

The hours of the different restaurants have not changed in years so your knowledge from January 2020 will be correct.....we last sailed on Marina in November of 2021 and the biggest change we observed, besides the COVID restrictions, is the greatly expanded room service menu and increased offerings in all of the restaurants.

And they rested out more new dishes for later in the year or next year and they sound amazing!!

1. Can we change US cash onboard to smaller bills? Being Canadian we will travel with a certain amount of cash, probably large bills. Is it possible to have that changed on board to smaller bills for Caribbean port visits?

There's a machine in the Casino that changes large bills to small. And that's not intended as a joke about gambling reducing the size of your bank balance 😄.
