If you are asking about the cleats on the spin bikes, the bikes should have reversible pedals with SPD clips on one side and toe straps on the other side. That's what they had on the Eurodam's spin bikes when we were on in December. I assume the Koningsdam probably has the same or similar spin bikes as the Eurodam. The SPD cleats are the small metal ones that recess into the base of your bike shoes, not the large triangular plastic ones used on most road bike pedals. If you are on a 7 day cruise, they probably will offer 4 spin classes. Price on the Eurodam was $20/class with a special of $40 for 3 classes. doone Posted April 2, 2022 #4 Share Posted April 2, 2022 On the K’dam my sister brought her own spin shoes and she clipped in easily. I saw others with just sneakers so either works.
