No, you don't. There are no self service stations on Carnival (except Mardi Gras), so there's not a real reason to provide one.

They will give you a simple glass of pop or you can bring your own 'tumbler' kind of cup (Yeti, etc) or buy the Carnival one on the ship. They will put your pop in it if you want.

They used to give you one a few years ago.  I used it a lot when I got home until if fell apart!

I think you purchase separate, I think. However, if you have an old Carnival package cup you can use that or just bring your own get them to give you once in a cup and dump it in to yours. That is a lot of waste though.

Yes. I bought a souvenir tumbler and used that throughout the rest of the cruise for my poolside cocktails on each of my post COVID cruises.

Of course they give you a cup. Every time you order a drink. They have to serve it in something.....😂😂
