What is the policy when one person in the cabin test positive?  Do they isolate both parties in the same cabin or separate cabins (seems separate cabins make more sense to mitigate the possibility of the second party contracting Covid).

I believe the non-positive passenger has the choice of isolating with infected passenger or staying in original room.  Once they go to an isolation cabin, they are not able to leave even if they continue to test negative.

True, once in you are there until you disembark.  Be aware that we were told that the refund of daily cost of cruise would only be for the infected guest, your spouse would be voluntary and no refund.  Just check if you need to make that decision.
