So we are on Harmony this weekend.
Received news today we had been upgraded from boardwalk balcony to Crown Loft.

This will be our first time Sky class

it appears it comes with complimentary internet. But I already bought internet. So do I cancel?

I’m kind of at now what mode?!

Yes...Cancel your pre-purchased internet pkg. It will be credited back to the credit card you used.

Also remember you will now be charged for the gratuities increase going to that category.

Congrats and enjoy !!!

We just got back from Allure in a Crown Loft.  We loved it, it was our first time in a suite and now we don't want to go back to a smaller cabin.  Cancel your internet, check for new luggage tags.  You get lots of great amenities and your stateroom will have a folder from the suite concierge with your list of amenities.  Your concierge may reach out to you to ask your preferred show/dining schedule too. Congrats and enjoy!

Excited reading all this…. We have UDP

i assume it’s still worth it even with adding Coastal Kitchen to our options

We get UDP with sky class, CK is great for breakfast ok for lunch but I don’t care for there dinners , UDP also gives you a 40 percent discount on wine by the bottle under 100 , 20 percent if above . Several specialty restaurants are open for lunch on sea days .

What is the normal tip for the sky suite stewards and concierge?

https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/onboard-service-gratuity-expense

Suite "steward" = auto charge (unless prepaid) of $17.50/day.

Suite concierge = $0 to ???  Depends on what, if anything, they did for you.

  • You may not receive an email from the suite concierges since they probably went out on Monday.  Send them an email explaining you received a royal up.  Here are their email addresses:

HM_concierge01@rccl.com

HM_concierge02@rccl.com

  • Ask them to make any specialty restaurant reservations for you with name of the restaurant, date and time.   They can get you into restaurants that may say unavailable when you board.
  • Ask them to make show reservations for you (they should be able to send you a copy of the entertainment schedule for the week.)
  • The concierges are one of the best perks of the suites....use their services.
  • Use the suite lounge for coffee in the morning and free drinks in the evening.
  • Priority embarkation line and priority disembarkation are a big plus.  You can embark one hour earlier than the time you are assigned at check in.
