Florida Adults with a Covid Medical Exemption Form

Did you have any problems with your Florida form being accepted at check in? I know it says "employee" on the form, but it's the only one I was ever given. I tried to find a generic national form, but I haven't found one.

Do they keep your form or make a copy? I was going to take my original, but I don't want them to keep it and I was afraid they wouldn't accept a copy. The Carnival website is not particularly forthcoming with that info 🤔🤦‍♀️

What's a Florida Covid Medical Exemption Form?  Can I assume it's a "doctors note" indicating that there are medical reasons for you not to get vaccinated?

If you're not vaccinated you still need to go through the procedures with Carnival to obtain one of the spots allocated for non-vaccinated cruisers.  Best to call them and work it out.
