Casino on Radiance of the Seas Alaska Cruise

We will be on the Radiance of the Seas cruising from Seward to Vancouver in July 2022.  Usually, the casino is only open once you are in international waters. When looking at the map, it appears, we may not be in international waters on sea days and nights after ports. Is the casino still open when we are not in port?

Casino was definitely open on sea days and nights after we left port when we did that exact itinerary in 2018.

The map doesn't really give you a sense of the scale nor the precise route of the ship.

Hi!   Here is a screen shot from the app showing you casino times.  I’m on that sailing now.    Seward to Vancouver.  
 

Not open in port.  But every day after leaving.

The Casino is only closed on day 4 as Radiance visits 2 ports in one day. Even the bar in the Casino will be closed.
