Knotmovin Posted May 9, 2022 #1 Share Posted May 9, 2022 We purchased an upcoming cruise on Holland America through a tour company and our package is to include on board credit of xx Dollars and the signature drink package as well as unlimited wifi. While all the other perks are visible through Holland America site non of features mentioned above are visible. As this is our first cruise, we are uncertain how these features work and when we can be sure that they are being honored. Any advice is appreciated. DaveOKC Posted May 9, 2022 #2 Share Posted May 9, 2022 I would contact my booking company and ask for a list of "perks" in WRITING. All to often these things can fall between the cracks so to speak. We book with Holland America (HAL) through a company rep and we see all the perks on our invoice - we take this with us on our cruise, just in case.
