Wait list

Are there wait lists for excursions? And if so, how do I get on one?

For a tour that is booked up, I went to the Excursion desk and asked to be added as a standby. They told me if someone dropped, or if another tour was added, they’d contact me.

 

Once when I couldn’t go on a tour and it was too late to cancel and get a refund, they told me they’d put reservation off to the side and if someone signed up, they’d sell them mine…..didn’t happen. I think they just continued to fill the tour and only would have ‘sold’ mine once it was full. I understood that when I canceled too late.

I've wait listed before by stopping by excursions desk on first day and ask to be wait-listed.
