Rotterdam - Water Delivery and Port or Starboard

For arrival, (keeping in mind you will sail back out in San Juan and St Thomas, so you see whatever you missed sailing in), probably starboard is the better view for St Thomas, port side for San Juan.

Grand Turk is a straight in approach, so side doesn't matter.

No plastic water bottles, however you can preorder either canned water or glass bottled water prior to your cruise. It's under the beverages tab on your booking on the website.  I personally prefer the glass bottles.  Some have said that the canned water tastes "canned".  😉

I think either side of the ship is good in the Caribbean, my personal preference is port side, especially for San Juan.  I don't think it matters so much for Grand Turk, and like CruiserBruce said if you don't see it sailing in you will sailing out.
