Unfortunately, Royal is not good at communicating some things to new Royal cruisers.   Some of items you had issues with such as ground transfer bus is available at just about every sailing, sailings that are longer than 5 nights always offer the laundry bag special of $35 ($25 for Diamond or free for Diamond + and higher).    shame you didn't ask your room steward as they are the ones that hand out the bags (all you can fit into the bag).   

In past cruises where I ordered coffee card, I was advised to pick up the card at the coffee shop or bar (again Yes, they should have notified you)

Same goes for internet package, we usually get the letter or small card with info on how to connect in our cabin.

Thank you, I am able to see that by looking at the current sailing! I wasn’t able to see it looking at my sailing in August.

The info gets updated and more accurate as you get closer to the sailing.
