It worked fine for me.  One of the people that we were going with couldn't get it to work so she just took papers.  It took no longer for her to get through then me.  I guess the benefit would be that you don't have to actually bring out the paperwork.

Used it for the 3 of us on our 6/28 Magic out of NY.  Took me longer to upload all info than to get through checkin in NY terminal!  Definitely saved some time - and I am an "old dog" that learned a "new trick."
