chubbypiggy Posted August 2, 2022 #7 Share Posted August 2, 2022 Per the "Destination collection" brochure, for "cruises 6-24 days", the cancellation fee is your "deposit amount" if you cancel the cruises "89-57 days" prior to cruises. So if I paid a $1 deposit for a 7-day cruise, and I cancel that cruise 58 days prior to the embarkation date, I will only lose $1 and will get a full refund of everything else I paid (cabin fare, port fees, excursions, internet, etc.)?

Mr_Steve_&_Me Posted August 9, 2022 #9 Share Posted August 9, 2022 I’m finding it hard to find any available club class mini suite or deluxe balcony cabins on ships sailing the Caribbean this winter. My gut tells me people may have booked 10 $1.00 cruises and will decide later which 2 they really want. Maybe I can book one that I want after final payment date comes for those $1.00 cruisers. I suspect that’s why so many ‘guarantee’ bookings now. Princess can guarantee lots of $1.00 reservations won’t see daylight.
