Opinions on Ponant cruise experience

For anyone who has experience both pre and post Ponant purchase, I'd be very interested to hear your views on the differences, pro and con.

We were on the ship last month which was our 7th time.  Other than the rehabbed ship we did not notice anything different on this most recent cruise vs those prior. It is still a fantastic trip

I been on her 3 times in the last 8 months  ... the ship looks fine and most of the crew we've grown fond of are still on-board. 

Ponant customer service/web page is still working out some bugs. Miss being able to access my account and booking ship excursions.

You are now able to access your account on pgcruises.com, our names and cruise shows up, with our booking number and personal info. None of our excursions are listed for our cruise which is 44 days out. I realize in the past excursions came out 30 days in advance, I'll let you know in 2 weeks.

Good to hear  ... I've been told that PG is going to start allowing booking excursions 60 days out 😉
