They don't even look at that at all.  They literally only look at the top of the form where it has all the info.   That date/time has nothing to do with the actual authorization.  It's outside the "frame" of the actual form.  So, it really does not matter. 

Don't disagree, just trying to proffer a possible explanation for why it is happening, and a suggested solution for the anal retentive😇
