kalos Posted August 4, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 4, 2022 I have found that all the smileys work fine 😁😊😇 and can be posted along side each other. Yet the the Classics that have worked ok have now decided they want a line for themselves . Tried using another PC but same result They will only post on their own line ..Strange !Any ideas why ? I too have noticed the same with the ones I use via copy/paste. I can only suggest you contact CC Help Michell at help@cruisecritic.com from your Cruise Critic email address of record. She has taken over CC Help Jenn's job duties. Be sure to include your user name, your device and browser.

I have tried using I-pads/Phone's and as I can see, you have the same result regardless of operating system . Leave it to them that be to right it .😍😍 Or as the Classic smileys would do ...
srice Posted August 27, 2022 #4 Share Posted August 27, 2022 I have encountered 2 problems that are most likely connected. For years on a threads for specific cruises I have done a weekly countdown usually starting around 10 weeks which a lot of people seem to like. On the roll call for my upcoming Enchanted Princess trans-Atlantic I encountered these 2 problems for the first time. Both problems have to do with the dancing number that people seem to like. They are gif files and in the past I have been able to put them on the same line, like for "1" and "0", and center the numbers. Now I can only put 1 number on a line and it will not center. If I put 2 numbers together they each go on separate lines and I cannot put them together. When I preview the posting it looks OK so the problem shows up on the online posting. I went back to November where I know it was working correctly but now the location behavior has changed. Take a look at boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2786341-enchanted-princess-10-days-easternsouthern-voyager-20-nov-2021/page/19/ (see posting 469). Here is an example from my Test Forum with 2 numbers https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2779576-experiments/#comment-63844259 (see posting 10) Has Cruise Critic changed how gifs are displayed? If there is a workaround how can I find out what it is?
Rare broberts Posted August 28, 2022 #5 Share Posted August 28, 2022 (edited) After inserting the pictures double tap on the first to bring up an Image attributes form, at the bottom set Alignment to left. Repeat for the second, but set Alignment to right. Not perfect, but should be ok. Edited August 28, 2022 by broberts

I will wait for a single digit date, left justify, and manually adjust the text. It is not the most desirable solution but it will have to do. I will keep checking just in case things change.
