My travel agent says we do not now need to test before boarding the ship in the US with stops in Canada.   From the latest Sail Safe document:

For Voyages Calling in Canada but embarking elsewhere:
• All travelers aged 12 and older must be Fully Vaccinated to enter Canada via cruise ship due to strict Canadian
quarantine regulations for unvaccinated travelers.
• Travelers under age 5 are not subject to any cruise line vaccination protocols.
• Boosters are not required to qualify as Fully Vaccinated.
