FCC's on Carnival ships?

Can you buy FCC's on Carnival like you do on Princess?  On Princess, each FCC costs $100.00 and that is your deposit for a future sailing.  Plus, you get some OBC depending on the length of your future sailing.  Have loads of questions because we haven't been on Carnival for a couple of years.  Thank you for your help.

Carnival no longer has a future cruise desk onboard. They used to give some OBC for booking onboard. They now email a repeat cruise offer after each cruise. You can save money buying Carnival gift cards (AARP, Allstate); cash back or statement credits on various credit card offers. I saved hundreds of dollars this year with credit card offers and free gift cards using points (Citi)

No they don't do this anymore. They will load an offer onto your VIFP account that you can use to book at home for 2 weeks or so after the cruise, and get a small amount of OBC.
