Fountains to Fill Water Bottles

Can I bring and refill my own metal water bottle on a Royal Caribbean ship?  I prefer not to use plastic water bottles.

You can get a glass of water and use that to fill your water bottle.  There are no filing stations

There are signs asking pax to not use the cold drink dispensers to fill personal water bottles directly, for hygiene reasons.  We take wide-mouth bottles for this reason. The recommended method, as noted above, is to get a glass(es) of water and pour it in.  We can also do this in the cabin, from the bathroom tap, or ice bucket.

The ice bucket has the best water.

Not necessarily, especially when the bucket is used by a sick person. I don't think they are ever cleaned.

Ours always has a bag in it. So what you are saying is not correct.
