So yes, the honor system.......... I mean a photo RCI Email just received in England says; Accepted Tests Guests can now take advantage of at-home antigen tests (even unsupervised ones!) to satisfy their pre-cruise requirement. Proof of a negative test can be the printed or digital results, a clear photo of your self-test result, or your actual self-test in hand.
maggie416 Posted August 22, 2022 #27 Share Posted August 22, 2022 It will be interesting to see if there will be an uptick in Covid. If so, strict protocols again. My cruise isn't until next May so hopefully whatever happens or doesn't happen is taken care of by then! If I have to cancel another cruise I won't be happy!!! sixbirches Posted August 22, 2022 #28 Share Posted August 22, 2022 Great news. If you can go to theme parks, concerts, sporting events, school and work without needing a negative test prior, then you can cruise too… We went on 2 cruises with the testing protocols and it was a bit stressful until we got on the ship. it’s nice to avoid that now. I don’t think this has been updated yet as it only mentions Voyager which leaves before the 9/5 change date. Talking about as clear as mud 🙂
