Twin beds on Wind Spirit?

Hello, I spent some time searching this forum to find this answer but no luck.

We are considering a cruise on the Wind Spirit for next year, but I'll be traveling with a good friend and we will need separate beds. From looking at the cabin lay-out on the Wind Spirit, it does not look like those beds can be separated as they are tightly enclosed between walls. Any insight on the option of twin beds on Wind Spirit?

Thanks!

We just got off the Spirit and although we used the normal configuration I could clearly feel a split between the two halves. Also the table on the outside wall could be lowered apparently to let the bed to be split.

Isn't there a symbol or color on the official deck plans in the large Windstar catalog that says "twin beds possible", for certain cabins? That's the kind of thing a well trained phone associate should have close at hand when you call to book.

The Windstar website states that on the Wind Spirit the queen bed can be separated into twin beds "if you prefer." Take a look under "yachts" tab, then select Wind Spirit, then scroll down to read the description of the "gracious staterooms."

Great! Thanks everyone! We're 90% sure we're going to book this cruise. The more I read, the more I'm sold. 😁 My husband and I did a Windstar cruise in Costa Rica many years ago and I remember I LOVED it. I have had that Vangelis song on my play list ever since.
