In 2019, Celebrity added some cabins on Deck 10 forward near the spa/gym.  They are now labelled 2C Verandah cabins.  Has anyone stayed in one since the COVID shut down?  Pros and cons?

Sky Lounge directly above them would be a concern for us.

I booked 9012 because nothing left. I only looked to see where this cabin was in relationship to the gym. I saw the new cabins on 10. I decided I was not concerned about any possible aerobics noise. If Sky Lounge is what the previous poster is referring, usually that is on higher deck & I assume it was about nighttime disco/ music. …doubt it would last after 12.

The Sky Lounge on the Summit is on deck 11 directly above the staterooms @poinsettiaplatewas asking about. Entertainment no matter the time would be an issue for us.

When they added those cabins they we classified as Aqua 1.  Then the reports from the first couple of sailings and passenger complained they were smaller than the Aqua cabins, balcony was small and noise.

They were very quickly reclassified as 2C.

I would check the M Class sticky, and do a search of Cruise Critic and google to see if you can find some reviews of those cabins.

We were in 1022 on the Millennium in May and loved it!  The location was ideal, very convenient!  No noise issues at all, very quiet.  But, we were one of the last in the hallway (think just 10 cabins) so not directly under the sky lounge.  If in one of the more forward cabins noise could possibly be an issue.  When we booked there were no veranda cabins left so we got it on a move-up, so didn’t have a lot of choice.  I originally did have concerns regarding noise and movement but concerns quickly disappeared.   If booking that class would definitely book same cabin.  Since M class Aqua and Concierge are a bit larger than veranda I can see why it was reclassified.
