Changing ships on Celebrity app

Hi Vicky,

When you open the app on your phone you should see a number of icons at the bottom of the page, safety health check-in etc. Just swipe those icons from right to left and the page that opens should have your profile and what sailing you have selected. The " select a different sailing " prompt should be there.

Hope that helps.

Resurrecting this zombie thread to advise that the current version of the app only allows you to select from among your own booked cruises, not every X ship in the water as it used to do.

Rather than "Select a different sailing", which allowed selection (and very conveniently, the viewing of dining & activities) of any current X sailing, it's now "Select a different cruise" and only shows your own list of booked itineraries.

“Select a different cruise”.
scroll down to bottom of page until you see

”Don’t see your cruise”

Click on “Lets add it now”

Click on “Browse our ships”

when you get the list of ships

Click on any ship name.

Click on a sail date.

The Royal Caribbean app works the same way.

The greyed out "Browse our ships" actually takes you to "Pick a ship" before the "Let's add it" step.

Ah, there it is again!  Thanks!

I got stuck on the "Let's link a cruise" where it wanted name and reservation number.  The "Browse our ships" was just below the bottom of the screen, cut clean enough that there didn't appear to be reason to scroll!

The app is not  really user friendly.  It is difficult and confusing.   They need to make it easier to navigate

Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅
