Embarkation day lunch options of Navigator of the Seas?

My wife and I are not fans of hitting the buffet on embarkation day. We mainly cruise NCL where they have a main dining room open for embarkation lunch. However, I understand RCI doesn’t do this.

 

Does anyone know what the non-specialty dining options are for embarkation day lunch on the Navigator?

Open on embarkation day on the Navigator are:

- Windjammer Buffet

- El Loco Fresh 

- Cafe Promenade

Also some specialty for upcharge----Johnny Rockets, Jamies, Playmakers,

el loco is open if i recall at 11, and windjammer at 11:30.

El Loco Fresh....great easy dining...You'll end up eating there more often than embarkation day.

Johnny Rockets isn't open until 5 or 6:00pm on embarkation day I believe.

On Navigator it was. (In April) It is just that JR Express.

Definitely El Loco Fresh. I'm not sure why but the one on Navigator is much better than the one on Oasis.

It was open for lunch on my sailings but I am sure can vary depending on staffing and passenger capacity.  Looking up current 3 day it opens at 11 all three days.
