Locked out of Shore excursions

Has anyone had this issue.  Went to look at Shore excursions for our last stop and it says 0 available and will not let me click on the shore excursions.  Went under my sons reservation and no problem at all.  Able to look at the excursions available.  I have sailed NCL before and never had a problem.  This trip I have had dining reservations drop and some shore excursions and had to rebook.

if you already have a shore excursion booked for that port, the system will automatically remove any excursions that will conflict with the one you have booked

This is what happen to us, call the shore excursions department to fix.

Thank you I will give them a call.  I havent booked an excursion for this port yet so maybe just frozen.
