When do shore excursions go on sale for Alaska?

I am booked on the Ovation of the Seas, July 7, 2023 out of Seattle. I see only a few shore excursions currently available for Skagway and none for the other ports. When will all the shore excursions become available?

I booked for January and have the same problem.

They'll probably open up as your sail date gets closer.  For my Anthem cruise in April, we weren't allowed to book excursions until Black Friday.

 

It also depends on when Royal can strike a deal with their on-land vendors.

Thanks. I'm kind of surprised they wait that long. I guess I'm worried that some of the excursions will sell out especially on such a big ship.

Try independent excursions, you will likely save money, have more options, and not have to wait for whenever RC feels like making them available.
