Cunard no flexibility

Booked a sector of the world from Sydney to Southampton thence to circumstances changed to the full world Southampton - Southampton. I would say this is an upgrade, tried to change to QV as on QM2 world in 2023. No can do as already done a transfer from a sector to the world? Also have FCC in the cost of the cruise. Customer service not even responded

You say customer service didn't respond. How did you try to contact them? Do you have a travel agent to work on your behalf?

If you emailed them through the website it does take a while for the to respond but they will do so.

 

Perhaps a telephone call might be easier? It sounds like your situation is a bit compliacted and might be better explained in a phone call.
