Do I need a VISA?? for Canada?

I just received an email from NCL telling me if I need a visa to enter Canada, to click here????  A phone is provided, but they are closed.  Are there any night owls on here that can answer my questions?  I am on the NCL Breakaway on Oct 16 traveling from NYC to Nova Scotia.  I am a US citizen with a valid passport.   Am I required a VISA?

You need ArrivCan for health clearance. We sail next Friday with no Visa. And we r USA cit.
