Bordeaux River Cruise

We are planning a river cruise for 2023 is there a major difference in weather week of March 23 vs week of April 20 in the Bordeaux region. I did google the weather and the norms seem close, but was hoping to get people that have traveled during those times to share their experiences. Thank you

I was on this cruise the first week of April 2018.  I needed a jacket at most times and sometimes a fuzzy hat to keep my ears warm!  Still a wonderful trip and I would 100% go again!

One other difference is that you'll have more light (longer days) if you go a month later.

Any pros/cons not to miss on this Bordeaux to Bordeaux itinerary? Also, did you go to another city pre or post cruise and how did you do that? Thank you!

The Bordeaux market with the Executive chef on the final day was a real treat!  We tried all sorts of food from the different stalls.

Yes, we did a Pre-cruise land tour through Viking.  They handled everything.

I was recently in Bordeaux and the market is amazing. I loved just walking up and down looking at the food!
