Can I get ice cream anytime of day?

the soft serve ice cream from the machine is always available 24/7. if you want the regular ice cream that is only available when the buffet is open

Soft serve is only available when the buffet is open for lunch and dinner.  Not 24/7. 
 

The Local / O’Sheehan’s has late night ice cream. But not 24/7

Depends on the ship.  Can't remember if it was the Star or the Dawn but buffet was closed off at night.  But the local/O'Sheehans should have ice cream 24/7.

Soft serve was available in the Great Outdoors on the Pearl 24/7. I had sundaes there on two nights around 12:30 AM.
