Private Cabana Options Anywhere?

We have been to the Cozumel port before, so we understand that it won’t be like a cruise line private island situation, but is there anywhere to go that will give us that exclusive cabana experience?

I know Chaankanab now offers some cabanas, but food and drink appears to be extra.  Plus, we weren’t wowed by Chaankanab when we went many years ago.

Thank you!

You have posted in Costa Maya? Maybe ask mods to move or delete and repost?

Quick answer Chankanaab or Sanchos or maybe a day pass to a resort hotel.

I edited my original post to say Costa Maya.  You are too fast.

But I did also ask on the Cozumel board.

Lol OK.

In Costa Maya, probably  Maya Chan or Hayhu.  I still haven’t made it to Hayhu yet but sounds more like what you are looking for if you don’t mind the distance to both.

What is involved in the exclusive cabana experience to you?

I've rented a cabana on Half Moon Cay many times.

But you get a cabana, some chairs, drinks and snacks.

No service staff etc.

If you are just looking for an AI with a couple of loungers with limited crowds, I've been looking into Almaplena and Maya Chan.

We always get that in Cozumel by going to Nachi Cocum.

BlueKey along the malecon has rustic hotel rooms that open to the ocean for around $70 (1400 Mxn$) per day.  Not sure what's included.  But easy taxi ride.

If you look for a mitsuigirly review on these boards she should have a review in her signature line.  But be advised the ownership and management has changed since her last visit.
