Chef's Table on Navigator

Recommended Posts

I searched this forum and didn't find an answer. I'm sorry if it's been asked before.

We've booked the Chef's Table on our Dec 5 sailing on Navigator. It was available for any night on our cruise and I picked the night I didn't care for anything on the menu on the app. I know that menus change and the app isn't 100% reliable but it was all I had to rely on.

Is the Chef's Table really available every night? How late can I change the night we're booked? What experience have others had with the Chef's Table?

The app should list the operating times/date of the dining venues. If space is available, you can probably change it all the way up to the day of - access to the planner is eliminated 2 days out.

Which dining venue is the Chef's Table held in?

Changing nights depends on what they have sold.  We were asked to change on time and since it was just 2 of us, did not have an issue with the change.  On another Navigator cruise we were trying to change to a specific night.  I talked to the Organizer a few times and he was unable to change as they were fully booked.

We waited to book until on board as we had the UDP and it was half price if we booked on board.  If we are with other couples and want a specific night, we book the night from planner and pay the higher price.

The "venue" is at the back of the dining room down a half flight of stairs that overlooks the dining floor below.  We prefer the private rooms, but this was not too bad on noise - although the ship only had 2,000 people.
