They are the same cabin, physically speaking.  Only differs in locations and some service items.

The two expedition ships are exactly alike, so it does not matter which ship you look at, the views and information will be the same.

The only difference, besides location,  seems to be they restock the refrigerator daily.

Not the only difference.

 

Deluxe cabins also get:

• 1 guaranteed priority reservation at each alternative restaurant 60 days prior to departure (none for the lower category)
• Priority spa treatment bookings 60 days prior to departure (none for the lower category)
• Personal coffee machine with premium coffee & tea selections (none for the lower category)

 

Also, cabin access time for the Deluxe cabins is an hour earlier -- but that doesn't matter since cabins are usually ready well before the brochure time.
