Can you still get price drops before final payment?

I know when they ended the Cruise with Confidence program that you can’t get OBC or upgrades after final payment, but can you still call and reprice before that?

Yes, AFAIK.

 

As far as after final payment, you can use the difference in price to upgrade. As an example, there were an unusually high number of balconies left for my Indy cruise on Monday last week. For a couple days, you could upgrade to a balcony for extremely low amounts.

You can get upgrades after final payment and if you booked in the NA market, you can get most price drops before.
