If we buy the beverage package now, is it refundable if we change our mind before we cruise?

Yes.  Purchase now & if you see if lower price (ie. Black Friday), just cancel and repurchase the lower price package.

48 or so hours before you sale the planner locks up. Make sure you cancel before then.

Are you sure about that? I have never cancelled the deluxe drinking package so I don’t know from first hand experience. But when I was at Guest Services on Freedom last month waiting for change ($1 bills), a woman next to me wanted to cancel the drink package and the woman at guest services said it was non-refundable once you boarded the ship.
