Money Bar or Punta Del Sur in Cozumel?

We are taking a private tour of Cozumel and then want to snorkel and lunch at one of these.  I will be with two 20 year olds and a 13 year old.  What might be your preference?  Thank you.

It depends on several factors - what and where you are touring, and how long you have a driver for and what time you are starting your tour.

Money Bar will be easier to call in towards the end of your tour and you could get an independent taxi back without paying for your driver to wait but you may be late for lunch.

Punta Sur requires a much longer time and entrance fee so will cut into your touring time.

With the time involved, Money Bar would win for me.  It is much closer, and no cover charge to get in, you just need to buy food there.  It used to be our Go-to for lunch and snorkeling.  No beach at all, but great snorkeling and food.
