Anyone else having restaurant reservation issues?

The last few days been trying to do specialty restaurant reservations on website. Each time when try to add to iternary, (cart has items&0€ cost, since have package.) it keeps saying error and log out and in again. Cant downoad app. Any suggestions?? Leaving in 10 days...good spots are allready taking😞ncl epic

You are not trying to book same restaurant more than once? Because the system only allows one reservation per restaurant, if you want the same restaurant more than once, than they will add that when you are onboard.

Some people have reported success by calling or using the chat feature.  Otherwise, just make your reservations as soon as you board.

This. I called and they took care of everything. I like everything in order. Probably could have waited until onboard, but feel better knowing things are squared away.

I had the same problem with trying to book Cagney's twice. Used the Chat feature and it was done quickly and efficiently so I am now all booked for my 4 speciality restaurants.

If you call sometimes they allow reservations that are not available online.

How early can you book reservations? Just booked a cruise that leaves Feb 19

120 days (longer for some rooms or latitudes levels). They will be open for your cruise.

Thanks for advice everyone, had two nights at same restaurant. Will redo and book one onboard. Happy 🛳

Interesting, it's telling me it is unavailable, check back later or book onboard, tried a few times

How long is your cruise? If it is 6 days or less then reservations open 90 days out.
