I have always used Kimberly Baldwin in the past and apparently she is not with the company any longer. Regular "navigators" do not seem to be much help. Based on the total lack of Customer Service with Princess right now... I might suggest that you do a quick search for this persons name (which should not actually be mentioned here on CC, so if possible you might want to click the three little dots on the upper right which will show you if editing your post is possible) In a search, type in that name followed by travel agent, and see if you might find the TA that you have liked working with. The person I mentioned was with Princess Corporate and her name is mentioned quite often on the boards here, so I didn't think it was an issue to mention her. Yes, it is a current booking, done through the Casino dept of Princess direct. And yes, I agree the lack of their knowledge is ridiculous lately, which is why I was hoping someone on here knew of another Corporate representative they have used as amazing as Kim was. If it works for you, just leave a message and hope that they get back to you. There are both good and bad reports of success there, but you have nothing to lose by trying. Thank you again!! I just did a search here as I have an issue with a casino booking too and was going to email the executives to see if that could get things moving. Did Victor end up helping you?
