Transfer question

We will be flying into Miami the day before our cruise and staying at the Hotel Intercontinental. Since it has been a few years since our one and only Regent cruise  (Europe) we are unsure as to how we will be met at the airport to get to our hotel. Any information would be appreciated.

Someone will be holding up a Regent sign near baggage claim.

If the hotel stay and flight were booked as part of your package, yes.  If you booked your own, then you'll have to take a cab.

Pcardad, thanks for the quick response. We will be on the lookout for the Regent sign. Wendy, yes our flight and hotel were part of the Concierge suite we booked.
