Tampa trolley bus

Is it feasible / allowed to catch the trolley bus from the cruise terminal with luggage 🧳? We only have to go to the Embassy Suites which is about a 1/2 mile walk but want an option in case it’s raining. Not sure about Uber doing such a short distance ?

They'll be taxis lined up if you need one...I would opt for this.

Shouldn't be any problem and the trolleys should be quiet in the morning.

We did this we stayed at the Marriott across the street, was easy and inexpensive too ...

And it's a trolley train, not a bus.  It runs on rails.
