I was on this cruise and received the letter as well.  Not sure about others on board but our water/toilet were functional within an hour.

Have experienced this type of maintenance on three other cruise lines—always in the evening/early morning hours.

Mine was over four hours on the November 12 cruise and on the 19 it was on at 1:30 am and not on at 4:30 and didn’t come on until after 5:30.

Bummer!  Guess we were on a deck that wasn’t too affected (Deck 11).

Im an early riser so already up and about in public places by 4 am.  Crow’s Nest and the Lido deck bathrooms all were functional at that time.

You would think everything would come on at the same time.  I’m not a good sleeper so I’m up a lot of the night. I was surprised when it still wasn’t on at 5:30 but thought it was because they started late.  I’m an early riser as well but I veg in my cabin until around 8.

Guest services told us to call room service and they will deliver a pitcher of water, not sure what that will do for using the toilet.

A case of more dollars than sense?  Anyhow, I'm surprised none of the veterans said this yet...

If it's yellow, let it mellow.  If it's brown, flush it down.
