Cruise planner refund time?

Good morning, cruisers! I found a slight discount on our refreshment packages as Black Friday approached, so I cancelled and rebooked. That was on 11/19, and I haven't seen the refund hit my card yet. Does anyone have any idea if this is a normal wait, or should I give them a call?

Getting on the long side of estimates, I would call

For my Halloween cruise it was over a month. When it got to the week before the cruise, I called.  I used 800-398-9819 and got through pretty quick. Refund was posted the next day.

Just saw the similar thread by @Gigi1068. Could be a different ball game than I experienced with getting help by calling because of the Black Friday fiasco. Good luck.
