Anyone on Grand Princess, a couple of questions

I'm hoping someone on Grand princess can answer a couple of questions.

Are they doing a chefs table on your cruise? If so, how much is it?

Is the cruise director any good?

It's $130 per person with matched wines. On the last voyage, they took names down but did not go ahead with it.

Yeah....I'll bring a carton of soft drink cans for that and all of us can get days of drink from that

I'm sure it has been asked before sorry, is there much in the way of sugar free soft drinks? Sailing on Grand over tChristmas and happy for the kids to have some sugar free softdrink - I'm guessing I'm better off packing my own ?

There seems to be plenty of chemically sweetened drinks and desserts on Princess, but for variety best to bring some on board.  If avoiding sugar, the bars will make any of the mocktails or cocktails without the 'syrup' or exchange the sprite for soda water.
