tennispretzel Posted December 9, 2022 #1 Share Posted December 9, 2022 Anyone get this offer lately? We needed to drive to Foxwoods tomorrow or Saturday to pick up certificate but couldn't. They won't mail it. If you've ever had this experience, are they likely to send another offer another time?
Sunseeker810 Posted December 11, 2022 #2 Share Posted December 11, 2022 I just picked up my certificate on Friday. It seems that once you get an offer, you should get one every 6 months.
texasreb Posted December 12, 2022 #3 Share Posted December 12, 2022 We had offer from another casino. Free Cruise. When we phoned NCL. They wanted taxes and port fees. Yes that is standard. ALSO wanted $20 per person per day as admin fee. Carnival and Royal don't do that. I have not called back to see if I get a different reply. Sunseeker810 Posted December 12, 2022 #4 Share Posted December 12, 2022 Sadly, the fee is true. No one else charges it either that I am aware of. I usually only get the certificate to go on the Boston to Bermuda cruise because it is so close to home!

I've done plenty of NCL comp cruises and the $20 per day is definitely the standard. I just received an comp offer from Carnival. Carnival is near my home and I heard they didn't charge the admin fee, so I called in. As soon as I heard they don't offer free drinks in the casino,I said no thank you. NCL will charge $20 per day, but they do give you free drinks while in the casino. Of course, you can also take the ship-wide drink package for another $20 per day

Sometimes we get free drinks from Carnival. We get free casino drinks with Royal because of play level. Most of our cruises have been with NCL, but not recently. Maybe it was that admin fee that stopped us.
