Are sparkling wines included in the NCL Free at Sea “Open Bar?

First time cruiser here.  We are considering the NCL Jewel Northbound Alaska cruise from Vancouver.  I’m sure I’ll have lots of questions, but especially wondering if sparkling wines are included.

I'm not sure about free at the bars, but we always have complementary bottle from NCL in our cabin

Prosecco by the glass is included.

There's a bottle of Cold Duck in your cabin.  You really don't want it.  

 

Prosecco is included with the basic drink package.  If you upgrade to Premium Plus/FAS+, you can get Veuve Clicquot by the glass and Moet by the bottle with dinner.

Not the standard package, but it is in the premium plus package.

The Prosecco as part of the premium package is very drinkable IMO. And, yes, the sparkling you might get in your cabin is just weird.  Last cruise we did premium + and outside of the dining rooms I found it hard to find the + champagne.

Outside restaurants only in wine cellar....found so far.....on Bliss

No Champagne at breakfest,  sparkling only.

They no longer provide the bottle of wine in the cabin anyway, but Prosecco is included in the basic package with other choices, including Champagne, in the Premium or for an extra charge.

I was able to order a bottle of Moët at breakfast in main dining room.  Made a mimosa with OJ and took the rest back to the cabin.
