Where can I find medical and evacuation cost data?

I’m evaluating trip insurance options and really have no clue of how much medical cost and evacuation cost coverage is considered reasonable.

 

Anyone know where to find cost ranges for sample medical situations at common destinations? 
Yeah, I know there are many factors… yadda yadda yadda

But without any guidance, $500,000 - $1,000,000 coverage for emergency evacuation seems ridiculous.

Medical and medical evacuation costs are a lot less that people realize.

 

The most expensive medical evacuation I've seen was $127,000 from South Africa to Minnesota. The The most expensive medical claim I've seen was $74,000 for a heart attack in Germany.
